Do you need a fully equipped kitchen for the Home Restaurant experience?

 

No. Our team brings mobile equipment. We evaluate the space during the on-site inspection.

Do you manage food allergies and intolerances?

 

Yes. Simply let us know during the briefing. We'll adjust the menu and preparation accordingly.

In which languages are the experiences available?

 

All experiences are in Italian and English, with the option to request other languages, if available.

How much in advance is required to book?

 

We recommend booking at least 10–14 days in advance for private events. For companies and large groups, book 21–30 days.

Do you collaborate with local wineries, farms, and producers?

 

Yes. We select partners based on the season, experience required, and number of guests.

In which cities do you operate?

 

We operate throughout Puglia, focusing on Bari, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Valle d'Itria, and Salento.

Do you issue invoices for corporate events?

 

Yes. Simply provide us with your tax information during confirmation.

What is your cancellation policy?

 

We offer refunds or vouchers based on advance notice. Full details are in the proposal you'll receive.
