Booking an event with R & P Experience is simple, transparent, and tailored. We'll guide you through every step, with care and professionalism.
📝 Step 1 — Choose your experience
Visit the experiences page to discover all the available formats: food and wine, nature, culture, and tradition. Click the button at the bottom of the page to start your request.
📩 Step 3 — Proposal and confirmation
You'll shortly receive a detailed proposal with the program, menu, location, and quote. If everything meets your expectations, you can confirm the event simply by paying a deposit.
🧩 Step 2 — Customization
We'll ask you for some useful information: the number of guests, any allergies or food intolerances, and the atmosphere you'd like to create for your event. This allows us to create an experience tailored to your needs.
🎉 Step 4 — The day of the event
Our team will set up and coordinate every aspect: from welcoming guests to overseeing the entire experience. You won't have to worry about a thing, just enjoy the event.
